Marion County Fairgrounds

Project Description: Sight and Sound Berm along Interstate 74, shielding the fairgrounds exhibition space from freeway sounds, while providing additional seating for fairground events.

Project Scope: 80,000 cu. Yd. of Foundry Sand provided by the Indianapolis Castings Corporation over an eight month period. Residual Management provided site preparation, all material transportation and placement and final cover material and landscaping.

Project Partner Benefit: over $400,000 in avoided costs for fill, labor and equipment.
